The BUK SA-11 is a Russian medium-range mobile multi-role anti-aircraft system that entered service in 1979.
It is designed to intercept cruise missiles, bombs, aircraft or helicopters.
The front of the tank is a tracking radar.
It features a quadruple launcher mounted on the hull.
The BUK SA-11 was replaced by the 9K37 BUK M1-2 in 1998.
